Grace was a great host and instructor. Even though I cook a lot, I found value in attending Grace's class. She is an experienced cook and gave us useful pointers on Chinese cooking. I also had the opportunity to cook with ingredients that I had never worked with before. I'd recommend Grace's class to Asian cooking enthusiasts of all experience levels!

This class was amazing! Grace was very thorough with her techniques and provided detailed instructions on what to do. I wanted to learn new recipes that I could recreate on my own and the three courses she provided are definitely doable.

Grace was an amazing host who shared with us some really useful chinese cooking tips. We made three dishes including Tofu Ball, Potato and Green Pepper Stir Fry and Hot and Sour soup. My favorite was Hot and Sour soup which flew out of the ballpark. It tastes how my Grandma cooked it! Also, she had a treat for us which I'd never expected. Black Garlic Ice Cream! You'd be surprised what 1 month fermentation can do to Garlic and how amazing it tasted as Ice Cream! Check Grace's cooking class out if u like to learn how to cook homecook chinese meals :)

Grace was so sweet and welcoming. She let us be really hands on and her instructions were easy to follow. Plus the food was healthy and delicious!

Chef Grace prepared two tasty meals for us; Friday dinner and a Sunday brunch. The breakfast casserole is amazing! I highly, highly recommend her.
